The Space: This newly constructed condo complex promotes an ecological, spiritual, and natural lifestyle coupled with modern comforts. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Beautiful property in the forest
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. Pool areas were great. very secure, clean, and has all the necessities you need. The road to the property is in bad shape. but it has nothing to do with the actual property. Renting a car is better as the property is 10-15 minutes distance from the downtown Tulum. lots of privacy in the condo. Overall amazing stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tulum town, great value. There is security 24x7, which is a great added option.
