The Space: Welcome to our third-floor 180 sq | 1938 sq ft condo in Paramar VIVA that will whisk you away on a nature-chic adventure for 6 for the Tulum dream stay you’re after!
As you enter the condo, you’re greeted by an overwhelming sense of calm, with soothing earth tones and natural decor and a spacious, bright and airy open-plan layout.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining in style at the hand-carved wood table for four, plus an extra three stools at the kitchen’s breakfast bar if needed.
For relaxing downtime moments at home, there’s a cozy TV sitting area with a sofa and large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV where you can log into your streaming accounts and chillax after a long day of adventure.

The Neighborhood: Our property is located in the middle of the action, between the beach (a 4-to-5-mile drive) and the heart of Tulum’s town (2 miles)! Both the town and beach areas offer awesome restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. Plus, the Tulum Mayan Ruins are 4 miles down the road. Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, a beach-goer, or an adventure junkie, this area gives you easy access to it all!
Getting Around: The property is 43.4 km or 27 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and about 122 km or 76 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
