We arrived late at night. The staff is very helpful. Maybe it's because of the rain, there are a lot small bugs in the room. The window is broken. I really hope it could be cleaner.

Good for a budget and short walk to Tulum Pueblo.

I enjoyed staying here as the service was really friendly and helpful. I was pretty much the only person there for most of my trip! It’s got good accesss to the main strip in tulum, just a few minutes walk and not far from the collectivo on Orion to get to the beach and ruins. My room was never cleaned throughout my trip which I was disappointed by buy Not the end of the world for 3 days stay. Good if you’re on a budget.

Nice affordable for a place to sleep.

No clear directions on their site. Once we found it, it was a nice place to rest from our travels, close walking to restaurants, clean and quiet. Safe.

Great Stay

We had a great time! It was a little bit off the beaten path but still very close to the city center, 10 min walk., and a short bike ride to the beach! We rented bikes everyday from the hotel and had a super fun time getting to the beach. This place is simple, but had everything we needed. Free coffee in the morning was a great touch. Super close to local eats and restaurants.

Fair but basic

OK place but quite expensive given there is no breakfast included. With breakfast added it works out to be the most expensive place we´ve stayed in over 14 weeks in Latin America, and it is far from the best. It is located a ways away from the centre of Tulum (but closer to the beach, albeit still quite distant, as the entire village is a fair distance away). Room is good but simple. The area is not that interesting and it takes a 500-1000 metre walk to get to the main restaurant and services area.

Posada encantadora

La posada no pretende ser un hotel de lujo, si buscáis eso, mejor que no pareis por ahí. Habitaciones con lo indispensable, cama no demasiado cómoda, baño en perfecto estado, amplio y con ducha grande aunque el agua caliente no saliese sino templada y pese a que en la descripción decía que tenían televisor con canales internacionales, la mía no la tenía, aunque me daba igual porque nunca me habría puesto a ver la tele en Tulum. Sin embargo el personal del hotelito, David y Joel, son chicos encantadores, gentiles, educados y super divertidos, que hicieron de todo por ayudarme a pasar dos días inolvidables. Pregunté por playas y x donde comer y en seguida sacaron el computer para buscar toda la info. Me alquilaron bici para poder girar x la zona y brindamos con unas cervezas al final de mi estancia. Si bien algunas cosas deben mejorar, ya solo x el trato recibido se que si debo volver a Tulum, volveré a esta encantadora posada.

Comoda e gestione top!

La posada si trova due vie parallele a quella del centro. Piccolina con meno di dieci stanze che girano attorno a un cortile rigoglioso in cui trovano spazio tra una colonna e l'altra delle comode amache a disposizione degli ospiti e due tavolini su cui fare colazione al mattino. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza tripla, semplice e senza orpelli, il lavandino posizionato in camera (come spesso visto in messico) e il bagno (wc e doccia privati) in ambiente adiacente. Asciugamani a disposizione. Piccola nota di demerito: la doccia con un getto minimo, per il resto è tutto ben tenuto e pulito. Alla reception il gestore della posada è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per aiutare nella realizzazione del perfetto soggiorno con utili consigli. Per noi è stato davvero indispensabile per organizzare il tour a chichen itza e il.transfer verso porto juarez (cancun), per entrambe ci ha trovato soluzioni economiche e indipendenti dai classici tour e transfer. Grazie mille!!!! A ogni ora disponibili te e caffè, e al mattino anche dolci e brioches. Rapporto qualità prezzo: super!
