There is free street parking available on the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Tulum to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests are only eligible to rent if at least one member of their party is of legal age, as defined by local laws. Proof of age will be required at check-in. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation without a refund.
