Great property to stay- certainly coming back

Property was okay. About 10 minutes from all of the attractions. Not much to do at the actual hotel besides the roof top pool. Had to pay to rent the grill if you chose too. Staff was very nice.

I normally do not write reviews but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had all staying at a hotel. I went to Mexico to celebrate a significant birthday (mu birthday) Upon arrival as I was walking through my room to check it out there was a serious leak in my bedroom coming from the ceiling which came from the private roof pool, the other bathroom had dried out blood in the shower, our private roof pool was dirty, the umbrella that was Up there it was broken. Maintenance did come immediately to address the issue, he fixed the leak but the leak continued for two straight days until it finally stopped. he had to place a bucket under the leak to catch the water which caused me not to be able to sleep because it was so noisy. What made me even more upset was they knew the condition of the room but not once informed me prior to my arrival or even when I checked in. I was told that the party before me that stayed in the room stayed for a long stay and they did the damage to the umbrella and the pump in the pool. Due to the leak the ceiling physically fell down & was hanging. Our room smelled like mold because of the leak. When I asked about moving to another room that was similar I was informed that the other one was booked already. I was never asked if I wanted to go to a different room in general. As we were settling in another employee knocked and asked to enter the unit to retrieve some leftover trash from the party before that was hidden in a cabinet in the kitchen.

Very accommodating, polite staff, cand clean rooms. Pool is beautiful. It's a nice quiet hotel to get your rest and relax. It was my 30th birthday and they helped make it the best even gave us a champagne bottle and decor to surprise me with the room with communication from my sister back in the states. Always willing to order a taxi for us to ensure safety.

Our suite was beautiful! We were so happy to be here! The room had a kitchenette, toaster oven (no microwave), refrigerator, pots and pans to cook with, cups and plates, coffee, outdoor tub, king bed and bathroom with a shower. The rooftop pool was lovely too. You can bring your own drinks up since they don’t have a bartender there but they have the space; bar area, cabanas, outdoor shower to rinse off, and restrooms up there if needed. The staff was friendly, and we get to use the hotel bikes, complimentary to the stay. It was great! Biking is the best way to get around town so I was appreciative that they had that. They also have smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. It was nice to relax and get away from the humidity from being out and about. This place is new so some taxi drivers don’t know where it’s at but if you say it’s a hotel in Zama, and WhatsApp/GoogleMap the address they’ll find it! They also assist in getting taxis but we didn’t utilize this service since we had a taxi driver from earlier in our stay we were in communication with. Only thing was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan, but there was a window that opened to what looked like water heater or something of that sort. It was locked and part of the room, but still would’ve been nice to have a fan in there. Overall more than worth it!! Highly recommend booking!
