I wish I could give this 0 stars!
When I arrived, I informed the desk clerk I had a reservation (booked a month ago) and she told me that they were completely booked. So the first thing I learned was that they did not honor reservations.
Then she found a room and handed me the check in paperwork.
The form had you sign that management and employees were allowed to come in the room at anytime, without warning. Signing away your privacy.
My wife and I did not agree to that.
When we got to the 4th floor, by stairs because the elevator was broken, a person followed us down the hall to our room. And when we got to our room and opened the door, the room was full of another persons stuff. The person who followed us apologized and started cleaning. Then explained the people in this room prior to us had done something bad and were kicked out. Then we assumed this person was an employee. No way of knowing beforehand because of lack of professionalism and no uniform. The person wasn’t even dressed in a way to tell they were at their job.
This place was dirty, outdated, it smelled, and was super sketchy.
DONT TRUST THE PICTURES!!! OR POSITIVE REVIEWS on Orbitz or any other site.
Needless to say, we did not stay and we asked for a refund immediately and left.
