Price is good for an airport hotel. And good enough for a nice stay. Even walking distance from terminal or car rental kiosks.

It was old and the bathroom was small and in disrepair. The air conditioning was very loud. It was ok for one night.

The property was very clean and within walking distance from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little outdated but it did not affect our stay

Phone did not work. Shower head loose. Toilet hard to flush. Tiny tv. Light on desk switch broken

When I arranged for my stay at the Clarion with Orbitz, I inadvertently scheduled a 7- instead of a 1-night stay. I didn't realize this until I got to the hotel. The hotel clerk could not guarantee when I checked in that the extra six nights would be refunded. Since I had not pre-paid my stay, it seemed logical to go across the street to the Hilton and get a room there. In the past, I have cancelled reservations with no pre-payment at the last minute with no penalties. The next day when I contacted both the Clarion and Orbitz, I was told that I was being charged for the single night even though I had not used the room. I would have been happy to stay at the Clarion if I could have been guaranteed a refund of the unused 6-day charges, but the check-in clerk, who had been extremely unhelpful when I had called earlier for information about the airport shuttle, would offer no guarantees. She, in fact, told me that I should contact you. When I did contact you the next day on three different occasions, I was told by all three women in customer service with whom I spoke, one a manager, that the hotel has the final say in negotiations over room charges. Each of the women contacted the hotel and was told that charges for the night I did not stay would not be refunded. So the Clarion clerk, doubtless on instructions from her manager, was feeding me false information. Orbitz has no jurisdiction over refunds. Because of this experience, I will no longer make reservations through Orbitz.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I always appreciate that, but this time it meant more than usual because I was nearing the end of a grueling trip after the unexpected death of a family member. The location was perfect. If my travels take me to Tulsa again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

needs a real update and not a cosmetic one. You can tell it is an old property and needs to be updated/fixed/remodeled or it will die a slow death.

The check in was pleasant with a pleasant staff. The room on the other hand was a huge disgrace. The floor was filthy, you could barely see the tv once you figured out how to work it, the bathroom was so small I could touch each separate wall when standing in one spot. The toilet seat was so loose I about slipped off of it when sitting down to use it. The sink was absolutely awful. You could hardly raise the handle to turn it on and the faucet was completely separated from the sink. The tile was awful along with the caulking and the shower head was coming loose from the wall and appeared to be from the 1970's. The towels were so hard I thought I was drying myself with sandpaper. The air conditioning kept running continuously all night and you could not adjust the temperature on it. It was either on or off. I could not get any sleep with all this going on not to mention the bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete so I elected to leave the hotel at around one in the morning and went to the airport where I finally did get some sleep on the bench. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.

This hotel is great because it’s by the airport and have shuttle service starting at 4am for early flights. However, it is showing its age. There are several things that need to be upgraded and repaired in the rooms.

Bed was lumpy but I was able to fall asleep. Paint and wallpaper need reapplication. Parking lot closest to my room was reserved for airport employees only and I could not enter the building through any door other than the front door. The toilet and shower had issues with draining properly.

Nice people - hotel is in bad need of paint and upgrading

This hotel is in the perfect locations for anyone with an early morning flight out of Tulsa. However it’s so run down it’s a little scary, the bed was lumpy but comfy to me, and toilet was dirty and didn’t flush unless you held the handle for a long time.

The room are falling apart. Tile in shower was cracked and falling off wall . Tub was painted poorly rather than being replaced. Wall inside was discolored which might of been mold . Very sad

pleasant visit with helpful front desk hotel staff; the breakfast every morning was great (good way to start the day while catching the morning news).

Good Location for Airport and Nice Personal Attention Received

Pleasant staff and close to the hotel. Need an upgrade on the furniture. I reserved a room with a king bed but was put in a queen.

Cheep and easy parking for airport. Room was in need of updates. Balding carpet and old furniture. Staff was very good. Park here but don’t stay here.
