Новогодняя столица России

Впечатление от квартиры средние. Расположение хорошее, все в пешей доступности. Сама квартира слегка потрепанная, прокуренная, использовали только, чтобы переночевать. Окна- пакеты продуваются. Но все, что нужно для проживания и что указано на сайте, было предоставлено. Оформились быстро и легко. В целом, поездкой в новогоднюю Тулу довольны.

В квартире не работал телевизор и были сломаны ручки. В остальном отличный район, чистая и просторная квартира со всем необходимым. Оперативно решили проблему с отключением воды

Из плюсов хочу отметить отзывчивость персонала - сразу откликнулись на просьбу принести ещё полотенца и комплект белья, но лампочки в номере так и не вкрутили. Вечером в комнате темно, всего две лампочки в люстре рабочие! Из минусов: сломанный диван, грязная мебель, не свежий ремонт, ванна не приятная.

Квартира в новом доме.

Жили на пр. Ленина 130. Приятно, что квартира новая, чистая, в современном доме,а не старая бабушкина в пятиэтажке. Минимальная мебель и посуда, но всего достаточно. Есть балкон,но без мебели. Парковка стихийная во дворе. Рядом супермаркет, аптека. От центра далековато. Представитель фирмы встретил четко в назначенное время, все показал и решил все возникшие вопросы. Был приветлив и вежлив. Удивило только, что комплект полотенец был один, хотя нас было двое. На наш вопрос по этому поводу , последовал ответ, что раз комплект постельного белья один,то и комплект полотенец один !, но выдал второй комплект. Это уже вопрос к принимающей фирме.

Мы жили в квартире на Кирова 23В, большая 1-к квартира со свежим ремонтом, есть все для комфортного проживания - оборудованная кухня, встроенный шкаф, нармальная сантехника, утюг, фен. Подъезд в доме чистый, район нормальный, но не в пешей доступности от центра, надо ехать. Из небольших минусов - есть небольшой запах табака, видимо некоторые несознательные гости нарушают запрет на курение, посуды уже не полный комплект, ну и для того чтобы раздвинуть диван пришлось переносить довольно тяжелый столик и двигать кровать, что не совсем удобно.
