Cheerful condo in a quiet gated community nestled at the base of Tumamoc Hill. The best of both worlds: city and desert. Ideal for walkers, hikers, cyclists (road, gravel, mtn), or for anyone who wants to be close to downtown but in a relaxed setting. Walk from your door to desert trails in 5 min, or to the restaurants, bars, and shops of Mercado San Augustin and MSA Annex. The Loop bike/walk path is half a mile away. Hop on light rail for a free ride to downtown, 4th Ave, and the U of A.

Comfy, serene and very quiet, 650 sq ft midcentury condo in a charming, tree-filled, gated community. 1 bedroom plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. Big private patio, big kitchen, free in-unit laundry, full bath, free easy parking right outside your back door, wifi, smart TV, dedicated workspace, powerful and quiet new AC. Nobody above or below you. Swimming pool, hot tub, basketball courts, and playgrounds all within the complex. I live just on the other side of the pool, so you'll have all the privacy you want but with quick assistance for whatever you need.
