The rooms, bathrooms were very clean, the house itself is lovely and smells great as you walk in. Is a comfortable space and the fact that is very close to the U of A and a short walk to 4th avenue and Congress is great!One thing that was a little shocking was the food that was left in the refrigerator, with people's names on it, not sure why it was there. Another issue that we had was that there was very early work being done to the property over both Saturday and Sunday and after spending long nights out, it was not pleasant to be woken up to loud tools and the door chimes from people coming in and out of the property. Overall, the property was nice and it was comfortable.

Serene and peaceful
This place was very serene. Just sitting in the backyard is the most peaceful place to be. My family and our dog loved everything about this house. It had everything we needed and more. The house was very clean. There were plenty of dishes and high quality cookware including any utensil you might need in the kitchen. We started for a month and had a great time! I would recommend this place for any family. OT would also be a great place for students. There was all the supplies to do laundry. There was also a printer and office supplies.
