Sabino Canyon getaway

Great location and we enjoyed the surrounding hikes and local attractions. On the negative side no furnace and heat for five days and nights got down to 60 in condo with space heater going. Once fixedo temperature was pleasant. Also there was a gas leak in facility and pool and hot tub not usable the entire 12 day stay. Vacasa is considering refund but not yet approved for 50 off per night. Finally kitchen was ill equipped with need to clean dishes frequently because of limited plates and bowls

Tucson rental

The rental was not up to what was expected. The floors were dirty, the front door did not shut properly and the blinds were missing in some of the rooms. Attempting to get assistance with Vacasa took over a week after emailing daily the issues we had. We barely had enough hot water for four of us in the unit which sleeps six. I would not stay there again given the cost of the rental unit and the condition of the condo.
