Very Dirty

This unit is nothing like its pictures. They don’t show the disgustingly, dirty carpet with huge black stains all over it,the blood dripping down a door, black hair that was all over the house and on the sheets of the bed when you pull back the covers. The pillowcase had dirt and holes in them. There were no drinking glasses, only a few wine, glasses and coffee cups. The couches are covered, but they have stains all over them. One of the couches is a futon that won’t stay up unless it’s leaning against a wall. I sent pictures of it all to management. The beds are hard as rocks. The one positive I can say is check-in is easy.

Overall process very easy and good communication with the owner. Close to a major artery to get around town. Grocery stores are close as well restaurants. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

Good bang for your buck

Good spot for the price. The house feels recently renovated with contractor quality materials. Everything is in working condition. New split AC units were great. Checks all the necessary boxes. A few things could have made the stay more comfortable, the kitchen was understocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. The place was clean but not spotless. Arranged in a block of houses with a shared courtyard, so was only moderately private. Overall, I would stay again.
