The home was so comfortable and included almost everything anyone could want. The location was excellent for walking to the Fourth Avenue Festival and to the University. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. Overall, a great stay!

The area was a little run down. We had small children but the park close by did not seem safe. We liked Time Market, The Zoo, The Children's Musuem and Wild Katz. The house was old but renovated. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms were fine. The kitchen was nice but very, very small. The table in the middle did not fit the room and made it hard to move around. The house looked bigger online. The backyard with the games was a nice touch.

Very nice property. Everything you see online was a true representation of this property. It is in a great location as far as proximity to the University and food! I would easily stay again!
