We stayed for two nights and only added a second day so we wouldn't have to wait to check n anywhere else. We woke up the second night around 2am to 20-30 bug bites on our arms and I had several on my face. We immediately got up and pulled the sheets back to look for what had caused all of the bites and found a small bed bug which we smashed and flicked to the ground. We then lifted the mattress up only to find a used condom and several condom wrappers. We stopped looking because we were not going to touch the nasty condom. We called the front desk who switched our room. The next morning I went to check out and asked for their corporate number when the front desk lady who was nice during check got an attitude and said there are no bed bugs in that room we checked and the owner checked so where ever you got those bites it was not here. RIGHT! They denied the whole thing. The carpet is filthy and one walk from the bed to the bathroom will leave your barefoot black as tar or socks black. I do not recommend especially after how management denied the bed bugs

We stayed here two nights while visiting for a wedding and only stayed the second night because we didn't want to have to wait for check in anywhere else. My husband and I woke up at 2 in the morning itching everywhere. Found at least 20-30 bug bites on us... Cut the lights on and snatched the covers back and the mattress looking for the culprit only to find a used condom and condom wrappers. I have bites all on my arms and the side of my face. They switched our room out for the remainder of the night and when I went to check out I asked for corporate number only for the front desk lady who was nice the first day to tell me there were no bugs in the room and she checked as well as the owner check and found nothing so whatever we got bit with happened outside their nasty hotel. RIGHT! The carpet is so filthy two steps with no shoes in will leave your feet as black as walking in a tar road. Yuck

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the other guests were very friendly during breakfast. Overall the stay there was as pleasant as could be under the circumstances (death in family). Wed stay there again.)

I stayed at this Quality Inn 5 year ago and was pleased but after this stay will never book them again. The spa and pool wear filthy, the breakfast was not what was advertised. Some of the employees were helpful but most just played on there phones and you had to ask more than once to get some attention. Ice machine was broken and there was cigarette burns in the bedding. Bathroom sink broken and shower would not drain.

Average stay. Nothing exciting. WE got what we expected for the price.

Everything is ok but the pool... not heated and not clean Nice rooms

Was not bad for price for a one night stay. Not the place for a date that's for sure.

The hotel was clean, but there were several issues. We were told at check-in that the indoor spa was "not working." Apparently the water was not hot. You can see that attempts were made to spruce up the property - fresh paint, but that is where it stopped. The only real vegetation on the grounds were weeds. The rear "secure" doors that supposedly required your room key card to get in, did not close properly so there was no security whatsoever. The ice maker on the second floor was a rusty hulk sitting next to a vending machine and did not work. They obviously put some money into the remodel, since the bathroom counter and shower surround were new quartz, yet the shower head was missing from the shower so one had to shower under a stream of water. The room was relatively clean, although after walking around for a few minutes in my stocking feet left my white socks looking gray.It served the purpose for a one night stay, but not something I would recommend to anyone. It is a shame since the hotel is a nice structure. Patios on the first floor and balconies on the second. It just needs some investment in time and money and it could be a real nice property. A coat of paint alone does not cut it.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Cigarette butts and random debris on carpets in the hallways. The sheets were stained and there was a dead moth in the shower. We stayed at many hotels all over the state this trip and this was by far the dirtiest and most disappointing.

I was kind of dissapointed with the Hotel, the rug was dirty the tub dirty, the pool filled with bugs, I did not dare using the jacuzzy. Bed comfortable very clean sheets, I requested room change however it smelled cigarette. Staff very helpful

Staff was friendly. No cooling in the hallways. Continental breakfast was terrible. Stains on the upholstery. RATE was $20 LESS than I booked on using online service.

Surprised at how poor the management was. You need to ask for clean towels .Bathroom vent doesn't work

I slept well. Comfortable and clean bed. Breakfast could use some fruit and fresh items. Some noise from interstate.

I had to switch rooms to get one where the tv worked And the tv worked. Staff member seemed put out by got me an acceptable room. Room was very dated and the bathroom was pretty dirty. But it was Convenient for my needs and low cost.

Chose because of convenience to St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson. Stains on 'bedspread' and chair. Hair in the bathtub. Trash on the ac/heating unit. Something sticky on the carpet. Hallways smelly and unkept. Only one waffle iron on Sunday made for a 20 minute wait. Furniture aged. Tv reception very fuzzy. Suspect area.

Whenever a hotel is two stories or more, I try to stay on the top floor. We usually end up with elephants above us if we don't. We stayed on the first floor, as we were told no rooms were being given out on the 2nd. However, 4 nights out of 7 we had heavy-footed people above us, running and stomping back and forth for hours. They would not put us upstairs! We are not happy about our stay, and will not return.

Location is excellent to travel arround the city. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the parking was available any time, just parked in front of the room.

If you are looking a resort 3 or 4 stars, this ain't the place. Now if you are looking for a place that is close to downtown and US10, this is the place. Clean and quit is all I need.

We were very disappointed with the overall condition of this hotel. We realized as we pulled up that we made a mistake. It looks like it was built in the 60s and very few upgrades appear to have been done to it since. This is definitely ro a 3 star hotel and probably should be rated around 1 1/2 stars. The staff was good but the location and hotel itself ws below parin our opinion. I always has a positive vibe about Clarions, but that has now dropped a level.
