The main home features an open-concept kitchen and living area, ideal for gathering and relaxing after a day of exploring. Down the hall, you’ll find all the bedrooms, including the private primary suite at the end. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably accommodating a variety of group sizes. However, please keep in mind that one of the bedrooms is accessed through another when planning the sleeping arrangements.

Entertainment abounds with a foosball table and pool table, while outside, you’ll enjoy two spacious outdoor areas: a large backyard off the main home and a generous patio off the Casita. Each space is outfitted with BBQ grills, cozy seating, and fire pits—perfect for stargazing, dining, or soaking in the Arizona sun.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
