Welcome to this terrific Catalina Foothills condo in the beautiful Greens at Ventana Canyon community. Enjoy Tucson and the wonders of the Sonoran Desert from this first floor vacation rental with a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of an in-house washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish.

Relax and unwind in style with two flat-screen cable TVs, high-speed internet, and central AC after a day of exploring Tucson or enjoying the resort amenities such as shared pools, spas, a fitness center, and clubhouse. Your furry friend will lap up the dedicated doggy areas and grassy spaces (behind pool #3!), while you can savor the convenience of gas grills throughout the property for a delightful outdoor barbecue experience.

And, to keep your car protected from the Arizona sun, there’s a reserved covered carport in addition to lots of free parking right by the front door of this special condo.

Nestled between two golf resorts and just down the road from the Ventana Canyon trailhead, this location is perfect for any activity. The Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is a few minutes’ drive, with hiking trails and the famous Sabino Crawler—an electric ground tram that takes you miles into the canyon. Plus, restaurants, grocery shopping, and the Medicine Man Gallery/Maynard Dixon Museum are also nearby.

Great place

Perfect location close to hiking Sabina Canyon. Large condo with nice patio. However, you do hear every move the upstairs unit makes, even rolling over in their squeaky bed. Also traffic noise starts around 5am- the road is right next to condo. You can sleep in the front bedroom with the 2 twin beds -it probably would be more quiet

The condo was clean and well appointed and is in an excellent location. The condo building is cheaply constructed. There is no insulation so you hear the people around you — footsteps, creaky ceiling, music, voices. It felt as though we paid Ritz prices for a Motel 6.

This property is as noted in description. Well stocked kitchen. Only negative was the thin ceiling- if there is someone staying upstairs you will hear them walking around. No other noise. Trails are not accessible without drives- some 5 minutes some 25 or more. Nearby stores, gas, and pharmacy.

Temporary Housing after Relocation

The pictures look bright and airy but the place actually has low ceilings and feels dark. The back patio is lovely though… we saw road runners bunnies and cardinals in our short stay. Ample parking also.

Great property!

My family of 4 and golden retriever stayed here and it was great! Super easy to get in and out of. Super clean and there were enough towels for everyone! Usually this is a challenge. There is a big porch with an area that looks like a gorgeous open preserve outside. We had our coffee out there both mornings and it was beautiful! They even had starter coffee, which is above and beyond typical vrbo properties we’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Also, Catalina Foothills is definitely where you want to stay when visiting Tucson. It’s stunning!
