Great clean home

The obly reason I didnt give a 5 stars is because the AC didnt seem to be working properly on the first level of the house. It kept getting warmer in the home as the day progressed and the AC would not cool the home to the set temperature. I was getting ready for my wedding that morning so it was extra uncomfortable to not be able to have the house cool down as desired. The internal temp never went below 78 (and rose to 80s), even though we had it set at 75.

Beautiful and convenient to all

The listing does not do justice to the spaciousness and beauty of the unit. The unit is filled with gorgeous and unique furniture. The decorations are museum worthy.The bed in the primary bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the room has an enormous walk-in closet and bathroom. Not to mention a lovely balcony.The front of the unit is enclosed with gorgeous antique doors that inspire passers-by to stop and take pictures.The only downsides are the concrete floors downstairs, a very long staircase to the second floor, shower heads that will be impossible to reach for the vertically challenged, and the lack of a shower wand.The location is super convenient to everything, and having the Mercato within steps of the unit, means that there is plenty to eat and see nearby.We will seek this unit out the next time we visit Tucson. Great place!

Nice Unit, Nice Location, Poor Customer Service

The unit is smartly decored with high-end appliances and is located within easy walking distance to the Mercado and the tram.Our only compliant is that we asked for service to repair a couple items (refrigerator water filter needed replacing and toilet dispenser broken) and the text response (probably AI generated) said they would notify the local maintenance person but no one ever showed. We did get a "sorry for the inconvenience" text, however. :(

Lovely space and wonderful location

Me and my husband were in town for our wedding reception and wanted to have a space that was big enough to hold all our extra items while also having a nice vibe and this house was perfect! It was just the two of us, but the house would not have felt cramped even with a bigger group. All the finishing touches are really nice and the couch in the living room is also super comfortable. The beds and bedding are good quality and the shower is really nice. Also having the garage attached made for really easy transport of items to the venue and allowed us to pack them early or leave them overnight and not have to worry. The location is honestly what makes it, though. The Annex is literally next door and there is coffee, food, a bar, and cool stores. It’s also a local place and not a chain so it’s all locally owned shops and restaurants, nothing you’d see anywhere else.

Eclectic neighborhood

The property is very nice and in a cool area. However, we had some issues at checkin which they sent someone out the next afternoon to rectify. Our other issue is the bedding. The listing shows 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. There were not any sheets at this property to put on the sofa bed. We were traveling with 4 people. 1 couple and 2 individuals that needed their own beds. I reached out to Vacasa and their response was that yes they were aware there were not extra sheets on site. Basically, oh well. I text back to ask why when the pull out couch was featured in the listing and they never responded to that text. We had to purchase a set of sheets ourselves.

Menlo Magic

Very nice condo. The layout of the complex made it difficult to find the front door (which wasn't really usable because there was no parking near it). It was nice to have garage access, but it would help to have the unit's address at the door. Getting into and out of the garage was tight, but it was worth the effort to have the garage. Having an available washer and dryer influenced my decision to book the unit. There were plenty of restaurants located nearby. Overall, a clean and nicely furnished unit.

This beautiful townhome was a wonderful spot for our visit to Tucson and Saguaro National Park. It was centrally located, clean and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the property had everything that we needed.

Nice place located in an up and coming neighborhood. Well appointed with two comfortable bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Not far from downtown area which is tram accessible. Walking distance to Seis Mexican restaurant, coffee bar and bakery.

Fantastic Townhouse!

This home was perfect in every way for my wife and I! It's super spacious with a really cool design and very tastefully decorated. The area is also really cool with some nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Decibel coffee across the way is delicious! There are hiking trails within a mile and another couple 2-3 miles away. We didn't cook but as far as I could tell, they accounted for everything you would need. Thank you, we will be back next time we visit Tucson.

The property was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood is quiet and close to morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The MSA Annex offers some shopping as well as dining options. Communications with host were timely.

Lovely

A wonderful place in a fantastic neighborhood. Clean, comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen and nice beds. The wifi is a little weak if you have to work, but hopefully you don’t need to! Thanks for a very nice stay.

Great place, great location, second stay

This was our second stay at this property in 18 months. It remains a very nicely-appointed rental in a great location, close to the shops and eateries of the Mercado San Agustin and its hip extension, the MSA Annex. There were a couple of cleanliness/maintenance issues that we've drawn the attention of the property manager to, but they were relatively minor. I'm confident they will be addressed. We will certainly consider returning on our next trip to Tucson.

We stayed in this beautiful condo while in Tucson for our grandson’s wedding. It was perfect! Great location. Super clean. High end appliances. Lovely decor. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Parents weekend

Lovely place close to U of A but far enough away from the chaos of parents weekend! The home is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. Super easy check in & out. Beds were amazingly comfortable!! We did lose Wi-Fi connection but it came back within an hour or so. Towels were scratchy but not a big issue when everything else was great!

Fantastic!

From the moment we entered Menlo Magic, we were impressed with the quality, appearance, and cleanliness of it. It was so perfectly decorated. Location to coffee shops, restaurants, and the free tram is superb. All are within a couple of blocks. Everything we needed for our cooking needs and our conversation areas were provided. Towels and sheets were of the highest quality! We will definitely recommend! Thanks for making the first stop on our Arizona holiday a most enjoyable one! Leslie and friends
