Just finished top to bottom remodel of this charming 1920's bungalow within walking distance to U of A, 4th Ave and downtown. Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 2 queen beds. Full AC and heat. Wifi, Apple TV with HBO, Netflix, etc. Tons of privacy and quiet. Back deck and back yard. New kitchen with farmhouse sink and all the amenities. Premier host with 5 star properties.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
