Welcome to Benton Place, a stylish 3BR/2BA home in central Tucson, designed for relaxing between desert adventures. Enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, covered porches, in-home laundry, a private dipping pool open May–August, and a seasonal hot tub available October–April. Centrally located near the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, dining, shopping, and hiking. House was in a great location - close to stores and restaurants and an easy drive to National Park and museums. The host has thought of everything - the house is both cozy and comfortable, inside and outside. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Very cute, super relaxing

David has gone above and beyond to design a really special home. It feels so comfortable and was a really relaxing weekend. The hot tub is beyond. He was incredibly responsive with communication, friendly, and kind. This is a really great spot for a self-cation or weekend retreat with friends. Highly recommend!

Well curated house highlighting the best of Tucson!

We came for the gem show, but wish I stayed longer to get to know the area. David’s house was beautifully designed and curated to highlight the best things about Tucson. Every aspect was user friendly, from the manual to accessing the house. David was also so communicative and I hardly had to wait for a response. Also great proximity to shops and easy access to the downtown area. Clean house, curated beautifully, and overall well kept.
