STUNNING Views of Ventana Canyon, Mountains AND City Lights! Clean, comfy 2b/2ba

In the coveted highest building at Canyon View, enjoy a truly comfortable home away from home with views of Ventana Canyon itself and its unique natural rock formations from the patio, master bedroom and kitchen, & enjoy looking down onto Tucson's glittering city lights from the living room, front screen door, and second bedroom/office. Many large windows make the space bright and airy with so many gorgeous views. Tastefully furnished w/ everything needed for a comfortable months-long stay.
***PLEASE NOTE*** that there are visible luxury homesites being cleared adjacent to the building at ground level (the condo is on upper floor), with no loss of beautiful Ventana Canyon and Catalina mountain view. You may see construction equipment being stored on the lot near the building and/or construction vehicles drive by during weekday working hours. I welcome questions anytime and will respond quickly- I love my job as a host!

As a host, and a traveler myself, I take your health very seriously. This unit is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each guest using disinfecting janitorial supplies.

What sets this unit apart from others in this area is the location- this unit is on the back (north) property line and at the highest point in the neighborhood, facing the mountains, so that your patio view of the Catalina Mountains is unobstructed by other buildings, parking lots, cars or stairs. From the front door and south-facing windows, enjoy views of glittering city lights at night. A truly rare combination thanks to this property’s hilltop and second-floor position.

Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath fully-furnished condo at base of gorgeous Catalina mountains with mountain view & hiking trail in close proximity. One of few units on the north edge of the property directly facing the mountains which affords a beautiful view.

Brand new HVAC for your comfort. Super fast 400Mbps wifi & expanded cable tv lineup, all utilities included. Full kitchen and laundry machines in the unit. Smoke-free & pet-free. Amazing amenities including 2 pools, 2 spas, tennis courts, clubhouses with gas grills and kitchens, gym and private residents entrance to Ventana Canyon Trailhead which is literally steps from the unit. Sabino Canyon and Esperero Canyon an 8-minute drive. Less than 1/2-mile walk/drive to world-famous Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort and its two world-class Fazio-designed golf courses and resort dining. Grocery, shops and great restaurants a 5-minute drive away.

25 minutes from University of Arizona, 10 minutes from La Encantada luxury shopping. Just far enough from everything to enjoy some peace and the outdoors but everything is still within easy reach.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful stay

This condo is wonderful in every way -- clean, spacious, great location, and wonderful host. We had previously stayed at nearby (and more expensive) resorts, and Lore's condo is a much more convenient, comfortable, and roomy alternative, especially for a family.

VENTANA CANYON CONDO

We had a great stay at the condo near Ventana Canyon. The views were as advertised. The condo was clean. The owner was extremely hospitable and available if we needed anything. The condo was in close proximity of excellent restaurants and the trail into the Ventana Canyon was phenomenal. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and lovely property

We loved this place! Super clean and so comfy. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and so quiet! Love the foothills location with access to hiking just off the property. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. We did use the exercise facility. So convenient to Sabino canyon park. Lots of close restaurants. A beautiful area. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.
