With 2 large King bed primary suites and a third bedroom with 2 queen size beds all bosting unmatched views to fall asleep and wake up to. Becuase comfort is key all bedrooms have been outfited with brand new Casper Mattresses, designer linens, & each room/space complete with a television bosting all of your favorite channels. The indoor gathering areas in this home include the airy gourmet kitchen stocked with every appliance you need, dining area and great room with a wood burning fire place. Downstairs, you'll find a second family room perfect for games and relaxing and more outdoor living in the form of a large screened in deck. While this home is private and secluded it is in close proximity to the Lake Club and as our guest you're able to enjoy the many amenities (pool, sauna, steam, gym, pontoon rentals, kayaks, dining, etc.) that Bear Lake Reserve offers. And while we don't suggest working while here, we understand sometimes it's unaavoidable. For that reason C3B (Camp Three Bear) is outfitted with a landline telephone, 2 internet providers so wi-fi isn't an issue, a printer, and even a generator just in case. The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
