今後は利用しない

フロントの女性。。。綺麗な人だったけれど、笑顔の一つもなく。エレベーターの位置の説明もなく。。。不快な感じだった。 パンプスのサイズが合ってないのか？パコパコとさせながらダラダラと歩いている姿も見られた。 他のフロントの男性は笑顔で声をかけてくれたり「ごゆっくり」など声をかけてくれたりしたけれど、今まで宿泊してきたホテルの中では、最も不快なフロント対応だった。 室内は広めでベッドもゆったりとしていた 枕元近くにコンセントもあり、過ごしやすかった アメニティに関しては、緑茶のティーバックしか置いてなくて残念だった 使い捨てのスリッパは小さめ。大足の私達には履きづらかった。 サイズ変更出来たのだろうか？

全体的に従業員の質が…

チェックの際のフロント対応者の接客が出来ていない。正しい言葉づかいや謙虚な姿勢が教育されていない。チェックアウトも別のスタッフでしたがダラダラしている。 部屋のエアコン調節が難しく音で睡眠に支障がある。 結論、チェックインの対応により、その後のホテルライフはもう悪い物になります。 心地良く宿泊できるには、都会で長期研修を受けさせるか、優秀な人材を採用された方がよろしいのではないでしょうか。 都会や海外ではここでの対応はあり得ません。

ごく普通でした。

素泊まり一泊でしたが、部屋に着いたとき少し暑かったので、冷房を入れようとしたのですが、スイッチがなくフロントに尋ねると「少し前から暖房に切り替えた」とのこと、仕方ないので、窓を開けたり閉めたりして温度調節しました。その方が快適でしたし、自分が暑がりなので仕方ないと思います。
