Landhaus Mäser offers panoramic mountain views. The apartment is family-friendly, generously divided, and very well furnished and equipped.



FACILITIES:



The rustic and alpine holiday apartments offer a living room with satellite TV and a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The private bathroom has a shower or bath. You can store your skis in our ski boot dryer. In the basement, a table tennis table invites you to play a game.



In the Golm apartment there are two bedrooms with double beds.



LOCATION:



Centrally embedded in the tourist community of Tschagguns and yet in a quiet location, the holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for numerous activities in summer and winter.

In a few minutes you are in the center of the tourist community Tschagguns with bakery, butcher, grocery store, tourist office. Numerous restaurants can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The neighboring municipality of Schruns can also be reached quickly on foot from Landhaus Mäser. Schruns is a market town and the main town of the Montafon. Numerous other leisure facilities, shops and restaurants are also easily accessible.



SURROUNDING:



The free ski bus stops just a four-minute walk from the house and takes you to the Golm or Hochjoch/Silvretta Montafon ski areas in ten minutes.

Lage gut - Sauberkeit schlecht

Leider war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend.negativ:Sehr viel Staub unter den Betten, Spinnengewebe in den meisten Ecken, die Teppiche/Bettvorleger waren voller Dreck und Steine, in den Schränken Staub und Dreck/Krümmel der vorherigen Gäste kaputter Kleiderbügel auf dem Boden, die Fugen der Duschen schimmelig/schwarz, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sehr schwarz. Selbst putzen ist kaum möglich, da sich in der Wohnung weder ein Staubsauger, Hausbesen, Bürste oder Wischmob befindet.Die Tischtennisplatte und der Tischkicker (was schön für Kinder wäre) befindet sich in der Garage direkt neben der Sammelstelle für Müll, was einen unerträglichen Geruch mit sich bringt. Die Wände sind fleckig, an manchen Stellen löst sich die Tapete. Es wurde teils neu gestrichen, das Kreppband klebt noch auf den Sockelleisten. Toilette im Stil der 50er Jahre, mit schwarzen Silikonfugen und rostigem SeifenspenderKüche:Alle nötigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, ebenso Spültaps, Geschirrtücher, Müllbeutel und Backpapier. Toaster sehr schmutzig. Leider war einiges Geschirr beschädigt, Abplatzungen an Tellern, Tassen und Gläser.gut:Parkplatz am Haus, Nähe zum Skibus, Nähe zum Supermarkt, Skischuh-TrocknerDie Unterkunft ist die ungemütlichste die wir in 20 Jahren Montafon hatten. Man merkt das hier versucht wurde sehr günstig zu renovieren, was aber eher nicht so gelungen ist. Wir haben für weniger Kosten schon besser gewohnt.
