Dårlig hyggene og sur/uhyggelig personell

Frokostbuffet er kjedelig og pålegg ligger svett. Servitører rydder sakte bort fra bordene under froskostbuffet. Lite hyggelig å sitte blant bord som bommer av skitne tallerkner full av matrester. På kvelder mangler bartendere alltid noen ingredienser til sine cocktailer. Basseng/Spaområdet: To av to dusjer i bassenget har vært ødelagt i ca en månedstid. Vi sa ifra til personellet som jobber i bassenget men dama begynte bare å le av oss og sa at det ikke var hennes ansvar. Hun går sur og lite medhjelpelig. Tenk på alle de svette kroppene som går ut av sauna og kaster seg rett inne i svømmebasseng uten å dusje. Avskyelig! Rom: Soveputer er helt grusomme - samme som å sove på en stein.

Perfekt till sportlovet

Denna gången blev det en fin lägenhet med 2 sovrum. Den var trevligt inredd och hade ett fräscht, fullt utrustat kök. Mycket bra läge med uthyrning och liftar på samma plats. Bra pool/spa-område. Prisnivån på restaurangerna är dock lite väl hög med tanke på vad som erbjuds.

Nem indtjekning med venligt personale. Hotel virker noget slidt og familieværelse noget småt. Værelse kun overfladisk rengjort ved ankomst og ikke umiddelbart tilbud for rengøring under ophold. Dyrt at anvende spaområde og fitness. God morgenmadsbuffet - bedste croissanter vi længe har smagt :)

Jet turbin lyd fra ventilasjon i rommet. Må ute i regn fra rommet til hotel restaurant og også til frokost. Hodepute som garantere stivnakke om morgen. Det var god mat i restaurant, men ingen sted å tørke seg etter å ha vært velkommen med bøtte av regn når man skule GÅ fra rommet til restaurant.

Helt greit hotell. Vi var på topptur på dagen så vi kun dusjet, sov og spiste frokost før vi dro videre . Hyggelig betjening og damene i frokostsalen var "på", veldig bra og variert frokost. Greit rom, gode senger. Litt dårlig skiltet til heis fra parkeringsområde (innendørs i kjelleren). Ligger noen km utenfor sentrum og opp mot fjellet. Bomveg men du får gratis polett i resepsjonen som kan brukes ved avreiser. Hotellet har spa og basseng uten at vi fikk tid til å prøve dette. Halv pris for gjester, barn kun adgang på dag...

Ikke for familier som vil sykle

Som sykkelfamilie er vår opplevelse dårlig. Et spahotell der barnefamilier ikke føler seg velkommen. Det koster 250 kr pr stk å bade. Barn får kun lov til å bade mellom 10-13. Dette er for dårlig opplyst. Beliggenheten i forhold til bikeparken er ubeleilig. En ting er avstanden, ikke all verden ca 10 min. Men du må betale 60 kr i bompenger, som er irriterende når man har betalt for å bo der. Hvis man spør så får man en polett for gratis gjennomgang, men kun for de som spør. Frokosten er helt grei. Sparsommelig utvalg. Passer bedre for voksne mennesker som ikke ønsker barnefamilier rundt seg.

Fin beliggenhet og store familierom/leiligheter. Det er imidlertid ingen romservice/rengjøring, inngang til både Spa og gymmen (som er latterlig liten) er avgiftsbelagt og både frokost- og middagsbuffeten er blant de dårligste jeg har opplevd på et norskt hotell de siste ti årene
