LITTLE CEDARS - modern detached family home on the outskirts of Truro

Little Cedars is a beautifully presented 2-bedroom detached house which was built by my husband in 2019. It is situated in the village of Playing Place which is on the outskirts of Truro.

You will have everything provided inside for a cosy and welcoming stay, with free Wifi and Netflix added to the TV, too.

Outside, the property has the benefit of parking for 2 cars on the gravel and there is an enclosed paved patio.

•Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
•Fully equipped kitchen with integrated tall fridge freezer, washer/dryer.
•Space for a laptop on the breakfast bar
•Cornish instant coffee sticks, tea, biscuits and soft drinks with a further supply of other hot drinks available.
•King-sized bedroom on the ground floor
•Main bathroom with a toilet and shower-over-bath
•Dining/living area which leads directly out onto the enclosed patio **BBQ available June-September, or in the winter upon special request**
•Double bedroom upstairs with en-suite toilet and shower room

Please note: no baby/child items are provided and there is no stairgate. You will need to bring your own supplies (such as crib, plates, toys etc). Thank you!
