GENERAL- Set in the harbourside village of St Mawes...- Stylish top floor apartment of a renovated Victorian house - Delightful views across the Fal Estuary as far as Pendennis Point- Parking available for 1 small car ACCOMMODATION- Entered by a shared front door at ground level with carpeted stairs to the second floor - Comfortable sitting room with sea views- French doors which open to a small railed balcony - Fitted kitchen / dining room with fine views- Master bedroom with a 6ft double, water views from a second small balcony and en-suite shower room- Twin bedded room- Bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath LOCAL AREA- Collection of pubs and restaurants plus local shops within a few minutes walk- Small south facing beaches with a sailing club- Passenger ferry service operates to Falmouth- Summer ferry crosses the Percuil River to St Anthony- 15th Century St Mawes Castle standing in a sub tropical garden is close at hand- Waterside paths following the banks of the estuary to church at St Just in Roseland. PLEASE NOTE- Towels are available at £4.50 per person per week payable on arrival- Sorry, this property does not accept pets
