Charming and spotless 500 sq ft. barn renovation ground floor studio. 6 miles north of Ithaca on Rt 96. 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College. Easy access to Cayuga Lake, the wineries, gorgeous parks, and countless outdoor activities.
The unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area for 4, a king sized pillow top mattress, a twin trundle, WiFi, Roku TV, and large bathroom with 6’ jetted bathtub. No Pets Please. The property already comes with alpacas (for entertainment purposes only) and two large and
obnoxiously enthusiastic boxers. No smoking inside however the french doors open to gravel terrace overlooking the alpaca pasture.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.
