NEVER EVER STAY HERE unless you want to dissapoint your family

I'll post this on several sites in case Vacasa deletes this review. I checked in for a 4day/ 3 night stay @ $996 for 3 nights. . The location is great. The area is great. The property is good and serviceable but I hope the owner gets different management. Check other reviews on Vacasa and you will be see others stating the same for the owners to drop them as a property management. When we checked in, there was suppose to be a key to park in the "advertised" garage. There was no key to be found so I had to dig the car out everyday from the snow. Once inside, it is a cozy place. Turn on the TV and get white snow. The cable box and wireless was either deactivated or broken. Ad says dvd collection. There were 4 movies. 3 kids and 1 movie. There is no reg size fridge, just 2 mini fridges but that is ok due to space limitations. Ad says to enjoy the surrounding amenities like the pool, spa, gym, etc only if you have a membership card. HOA rec center will turn you away even if you can prove you are living in the complex. So we decided to stay in for the night since it was snowing hard outside and we brought toys for the 4 & 6 y/o. I hear crying and both the eyes of my 4yo were swollen shut and hives breaking out. We looked at the rug, sofa, and pillows and has dog or cat hair everywhere. we brought him to the local Safeway pharmacy to remedy. The night of checkin I called Vacasa and they claim they couldn't get a hold of the local property manager then they will have him come the following morning at 9am to resolve the issues. 2pm next day no one came yet so i called again and they said they dont know why he isn't there yet. Day 3, no one has called or come by the place. Still no garage key, TV, and pet hair everywhere. We used the bedsheets to cover the floors and sofa. Day 4 we finally get an email saying we hope you enjoyed your stay and for an extra charge you can do a late check out. REALLY!!. We talked to several neighbors and they said other guest had issues too so they gave us their property management (Evolve and Airbnb) were the top ones to work with if we decide to come back tot the area. The is the best about this place. Pay the $150 cleaning fee which is fine and I’ll wash my own dishes and put the used towels on the floor but wait, they want YOU to wash all your sheets and towels and vacuum the floors so should I get the $150? I will never go to this place again and tell everyone i know not to go or use Vacasa or this property. Is it worth the risk for you?
