Enjoy skiing, hiking, and mountain biking all within close proximity of your door. Located 0.9 miles from the Village at Northstar, you can ride the free shuttle or walk along the trail. The Village features shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and an ice-skating rink that converts to a roller rink in the summer. Drive eight miles to find more food and fun in downtown Truckee. For a sun-kissed day by Lake Tahoe, it's only an eight-mile trip to Kings Beach.

Return home to enjoy three stories of upscale living space. Vaulted ceilings soar above plush furnishings in the living area which invites everyone to gather for theater-style movie nights on the 64-inch TV. A gas fireplace creates an inviting alpine, chalet ambiance. Find everything you need to create hearty mountain meals in the kitchen. Home chefs will appreciate the sleek granite countertops and numerous amenities. Sip drinks and chat at the bar. When it's time to eat, gather around the table or take it to the patio to savor the lush views while indulging alfresco. Take in views of the Northstar slopes from your bed in your inviting primary bedroom. A desk is perfect for working remotely. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
