Unit 244 includes a newly remodeled kitchen with a spacious mini refrigerator, a 4-top stove and oven combo, new cabinetry with quartz countertops, and the necessary items to cook a simple meal. Along with the new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, remodeled matching bathroom, painted walls, a 50” TV, new lighting features, and blinds, unit 244 has everything you need to relax on your vacation in the mountains. This unit is also steps away from one of our two saunas and the fireplace lounge.

completely misleading and confusing
let's start with the booking process. first of all, i booked through VRBO. i got a confirmation email from a completely different email address, with nearly no identifying information to confirm it was the booking.
then, arrived in truckee, only to find out the address on VRBO is completely and utterly wrong. i called the property manager, denise, who was both condescending and honestly just nasty who informed me an email from a THIRD company might be in my spam folder and that contains the secret grail of information i need to check in.
upon arrival to the property itself the buildings are only labeled with a handful of numbers (this is now that we have the right address). the girl at the front desk was nice and told us where to go.
there is no elevator so beware if you have accessibility issues.
we got to our room - it is absolutely not the room in the photos. not only was the furniture in a different arrangement, but the view, the reason we booked, was clearly from a unit a few doors down closer to the lake. a COMPLETE misrepresentation.
the properly was sincerely dated. the walls were paper thin and someone taking a shower in an adjacent unit sounded like a freight train in our bathroom.
massive, massive disappointment for what could have been a decent property with some simple, honest communication.
