🏡 The Space

The bright and beautifully renovated main floor was designed for gathering after a day of Tahoe adventures.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful blue cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, air fryer oven, built-in griddle, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The spacious breakfast bar seats four and is perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or après-ski drinks.

One of our favorite features is the cozy window bench overlooking the gondola. It's the perfect place to enjoy a book, sip your coffee, and soak in the mountain atmosphere.
The comfortable living area offers a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for movie nights, relaxing after a day outdoors, or simply spending time together.

The dining table comfortably accommodates the group for meals, board games, and sharing stories from the day's adventures.

ℹ️ Good to Know
• Maximum Occupancy: 5;
• Parking: 2 cars allowed. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard for the winter months. The condo includes two parking passes, and we’re unable to obtain additional ones. Please note that a $100 fee applies for each lost pass. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
• No pets (Family Allergies);
• Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
• Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.

🧸 Convenient Local Baby Gear Rentals in Tahoe

Traveling with little ones is easier with convenient baby gear rentals available locally in Tahoe. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates.

⚠️ Wildlife Notice

Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.

For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines:
• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
