About this property

38m² two-room apartment with beach access!

My apartment is located in a listed building, on the seafront. You have direct and private access to Trouville beach. Shops and all restaurants are a few steps away, however, it is located in a quiet street.

I had my bathroom renovated a year ago, and my bedding is recent. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The only thing I do not provide are sheets and towels.

It is a pretty 2-room apartment of 38m², on the first floor of one of the most beautiful condominiums in Trouville. You will have direct and immediate access to the beach (50m), shops (150m), the market and 12 minutes from the train station!
The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190): if you have a small child, you have room to put your cot.

Being awakened by the sound of seagulls, getting up and going to the beach on foot, doing your market on foot ...
Having Trouville at the bottom of your home ...

Petit appartement fonctionnel pour deux personnes. Chambre spacieuse avec des rangements suffisants. Volets et rideaux pas tout à fait assez occultant. Beau salon/cuisine. Cuisine petite mais bien aménagée en ustensiles, couverts et électroménager. Salle de douche petite avec les toilettes à l'intérieur. L'appartement est proche de tour à pieds : commerces, plage, restaurants, marché aux poissons.

Très joli appartement et à un pas de la plage et des restaurants

L'appartement est grand, très bien. La communication avec les propriétaires est excellente. L'emplacement est top. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Le temps était de notre côté mais si vous avez des problèmes meteo...il y a une énorme collection de DVD, mise à part les chaînes, et des livres. Malgré la canicule, l'appartement reste relativement frais, avantage de l'ancien !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Points forts : - très bien situé (bord de mer et très proche du centre de Trouville et de ses commerces et restaurants) - belle résidence - propre, fonctionnel, agréable, bien équipé - fluidité de la communication avec les propriétaires - mon chat a aussi apprécié, nos compagnons à quatre pattes étant acceptés Parking privatif, mais places non-attribuées. Pas de problème en période creuse, mais ça peut se compliquer en période de vacances scolaires

Petit appartement très bien situé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Très belle résidence ( le charme de l’ancien et le désagrément avec appartement un peu « sonore ») mais l’accès quasi direct à la mer est un vrai plus. Échanges fluides avec le propriétaire

A deux pas de la plage, du centre ville et du marché aux poissons (incontournable), cet appartement est très bien situé. Il convient pour un couple et 1 enfant en bas âge. Il n'a pas de balcon (dommage en été). L'appartement est très joli et fonctionnel, il ne manque rien ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Location trés bien placée pour la plage avec notre petite fille et pour faire les courses.trés central et sans bruit.Par contre difficile de venir à plus de 2 adultes et 1 enfant.Surtout la salle de douches trés mini .Il faut etre de taille small L'appartement pas trés clair avec beaucoup de vis à vis ,heureusement les gens en face sont partis le lendemain de notre arrivée.Par contre la photo de l'immeuble devant la plage est trompeuse car il n'est pas notifié que l'appartement se trouve sans vue dans une petite rue arriére avec vis à vis..

Très jolie location dans un immeuble au calme et plein de charme, fidèle à la description . La situation géographique est juste parfaite à 2 pas de la plage de Trouville et des commerces ( monoprix, marché aux poissons, boulangerie...) La literie est très bien.
