You'll be just a stone's throw from wineries that are a must-see. Explore the hiking trails in the Aspres or Albères mountains, offering exceptional scenery. Near the village street, this house, adjoining the owner's residence and comprising two identical cottages, comprises: First floor: - Living room - Equipped kitchen - Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room - Separate toilet There is a terrace with a shared barbecue. The garden is enclosed and planted with trees, with access to the owner's private swimming pool. On the Roussillon plain, between the sea and the mountains, in the immediate vicinity of Spain, an ideal location for exploring and discovering the charms of our beautiful Catalonia, before enjoying a healthy swim in the large swimming pool
