Unerträglicher Zustand und Service

Guten Tag. Ich muss mich über die Aufenthalte und die Buchung bei Appartement massiv beschweren. Der Urlaub war unerträglich in dieser Unterkunft. Warum ? 1. Bei checkin bemängelten wir schon und wiesen drauf hin dass kein heißes Wasser vorhanden ist und der aussen auf dem Balkon angebrachte Heiswasser Boiler nicht funktionieren zu scheint. Es wurde nichts unternommen. 2. So war das Ergbnis dann dass wir den nächsten Tag gar kein Wasser mehr hatten. Auch das haben wir sofort telefonisch und per Mail beanstandet. Wir bekamen keine Antwort. So haben wir erneut angerufen. Dann sagte man uns am Telefon dass es die falsche Nummer sei. Diese stand allerdings in der Buchung und am Werbeschild des Appartement. 3. Wir haben 3 Nächte nicht schlafen können obwohl wir am 1.Tag bereits Bescheid gesagt haben dass die sich ebenfalls auf dem Balkon befindliche Wasserpumpe und Wassertank defekt seien und einen höllischen Lärm den ganzen Tag und in der Nacht produzieren. Selbst ein Laie erkennt dass da etwas defekt ist. Kein warmes Wasser mal kein Wasser und dann die Pumpe die alle 5 Sekunden anläuft und für 5 Sekunden wieder aus geht. Das 24 Stunden lang sodass es im zimmer lautstark zu hören ist. Unerträglich. Man konnte nicht Schafen. Duschen war nicht möglich. Kein warmes Wasser . Ferner war das Waschbecken von Tag 1 an überhaupt nicht nutzbar da dort kein Wasser oder besser gesagt nur ein Haarstreifen Wasser entwich. Wir reichen noch eine Beschwerde per Mail ein. Mit text

First of all, we did not expect much, because it should be a beach vacation. So we only needed this room to sleep in and shower. Our Flight left early in the morning, so we asked kindly if a sooner check in is possible. It was, so we checked in at 11:00 am. The rooms were clean the first day, later the rooms were not cleaned for 10 days. Even thou we booked the room stating: daily cleaning. The sleeping sofa was so terribly old that the fake leather chiped off and was lying in the bed every night. It was terrible. The water pressure was terribly low, so that brushing teeth was a hassle. But the worst part is, that the walls were so thin you could hear the neighbours having sex every night at 3:00 o clock. There was a water pump that would go on every few minutes that was extremely loud, and the fridge in the room was the next loud thing. So all in all it was terrible to sleep in. On our last day out flight was late in the evening, and we asked if we could place our luggage somewhere of if a later check out was possible, because 8 hours of waiting in the heat of the city with a small child and luggage is unbearable. The only solution was: we can leave out luggage unattended in the hallway. So we walked 8 hours in the blistering heat with our son, who needed a nap befor flight. That was not the experience we anticipated. I cannot recommend this hotel for familys.
