Great communication, the place is about a 10 minute walk from the main downtown area. Parking if you get a rental car is about a 8 minute walk away from the property in the opposite direction of the downtown. It was clean, and safe.

The property itself was in a nice area, next to the Tromso bridge, just minutes walking distance to the shopping street. A spacious apartment with a good kitchen, living room. I can see the Artic Cathedral in the view. There were some email instructions and link to get to the apartment- the link brought me to the Storgata near Macdonalds though. I don’t understand the map given at all (no context and iconic buildings in map for a visitor to know) After asking 2,3 people where it might be, I finally found the place. Thankfully it was a delight!

Good sized apartment close to harbour area, attractions and shopping. Clean and well prepared for short stay with cooking, clothes and dish washing facilities. Views are not quite as advertised but still quite good. Would happily stay there if visiting Tromsø again. The nearby cafe is excellent!

A little difficult finding the correct building upon arriving on Sunday. A very nice local pointed us in the right direction. Quiet area of town. Very new, clean, apartments. Easily walkable. Comfortable beds. Good internet. Minimalistic. Nice to have a washing machine. Great bus system to get to some of the sights.

We had some difficulty with finding the apartment. The map was not sent way in advance for us to study. When you are in a car it’s hard to know where to park to go ask for help. We arrived late due to some delays however after driving around awhile we figured it out. We were able to talk to someone the next day in the office with questions and he was very helpful.

Everything was fine other than trying to understand the recycling regime. Hopefully I got it right. There was a broken glass in the dishwasher, probably caused by previous occupants following instructions (run the dishwasher before leaving) but the large wine glass must have moved. Very minor issue, and overall I would happily recommend.

Lovely, clean, warm spacious apartment with lovely views. Walking distance to most attractions with supermarkets nearby. We didn't want to leave. Could do with a wardrobe /storage units. Definitely recommend staying here. Communication with owners was good with them providing us with bus numbers from the airport to the apartment, along with a PDF map showing the route to walk when getting off the bus.

Very happy with our stay and would come back! The contactless check in was very easy and convenient. The property sends emails at each stage of the stay with detailed information of how to check in and out and made it really easy. The area is super close to everything you need and you can walk to most things. There was a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. There were so many restaurants in walking distance and the best little cafe Vervet Bakeri across the street with the best sandwiches and baked goods. The only thing I found odd was that the bedroom window was to the hallway, a little strange but once the curtains are closed it’s not an issue. Very spacious room with everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

Nice apartment. Hard to find the location and the instructions for check-in from e mail was not very clear, no counter or office, have to call them to get code, but they closed at 5:00 PM.

Lovely modern apartment in the now developed old dockyard area which has some great bars, restaurants and bakery all within the site . I loved that the area had retained some of its historic features and the polar museum was just a few minute away . Quieter location near the bridge and opposite Atlantic catherdral but also easy access to everything Walking about 10-15 mins to Tromso centre / bus station and a lovely walk along harbour front or alternatively 5 mins to end of the main shopping area. Flat was spacious and well presented . Bedroom is small but functional ( I found it strange the window looks out into the internal corridor and through more external glass but no issues you have curtains ! ) Lovely hot shower and great views out across to the cable car and town ( no view of artic cathedral from our apartment ) My only issue would be around storage for clothes Would have loved some drawers in the big hall as there was nowhere to keep case or unpack and store in the bedroom and there’s certainly space in the hallway for a chest of drawers . Appreciated that left luggage was available on check out day . Would definitely stay here again .
