Logement trĂšs bien placĂ©. Dommage que les travaux de la rĂ©sidence contigue soit si bruyants dĂšs 7h00 du matin. Les photos ne sont pas d'actualitĂ© . Quelques Ă©quipements supplĂ©mentaires en cuisine seraient bienvenus. Un parasol nous aurait fait un grand plaisir. Je n'en avais pas amenĂ© dans mes bagages. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Attention, peu de commerçants dans le quartier. Si vous ĂȘtes piĂ©ton, il faudra prendre le bus jusqu'Ă  3 iletss boyrg ou fort de France

TrÚs bon emplacement à 100 m de la plage petits commerces d appoint et boulangerie à proximité. Navette maritime pour Fort de france à cÎté. Studio propre. Il faudrait améliorer les ustensiles de cuisine , déboucher le lavabo salle d eau et réparer la porte de la douche sinon tout ok Contact avec propriétaire uniquement par téléphone.

Studio adapté aux célibataire ou couples sans enfant. Le ménage est sommaire (constaté à l'arrivée) Une belle vue depuis le balcon sur la piscine de la propriété, la mer et le paysage. On est en sécurité grùce à la porte d'entrée de la résidence. Bonne situation à la proximité de la plage.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Seul bémol : le portail d'entrée et la porte de l'appartement qui se ferme automatiquement : ne surtout pas oublier ces clefs dans l'appartement!
