Wonderful beach side villa! Ideal location too!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Right next to the beach and within 10 mins walking to Pointe de Bout with it's great bars and restaurants. The apartment had adequate facilities to cook uncomplicated meals, it had a shared BBQ and the washing machine proved to be extremely useful! Our hostess Ghislaine was helpful, often on hand and very kind and considerate. I would recommend this place to couples or a couple with a young child because of the closeness to the beach. Would go back next year if the opportunity presented itself. Len and Denise

The localization is good but the place is small and not very clean. In my opinion doesn’t worth the price we payed per night. The comfort was so so, was difficult to regulate the shower temperature, the place for the kitchen is super tiny and the cleaning is ok not the best. We booked really last minute otherwise I would recommend book the hotel just beside but didn’t have place at the time, the price is not that different.

Ce studio situé à l'Anse Mitan, les pieds dans l'eau, est parfait pour un séjour relaxant. Il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires et se situe à 2 min du "Village Créole" où l'on retrouve des bars, restaurants et autres autres commerces. J'ai adoré mon séjour ! Notre hôte Wil a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous a renseigné sur les diverses activités à découvrir en Martinique. Je reviendrai c'est certain !

Le studio "Mer" est remarquablement situé, au rez de chaussée d'une jolie villa bien entretenue et donnant directement sur la plage. Le jardin est également très agréable et la villa dispose d'un parking privatif fermé ouvrant par code. L'équipement du studio est simple mais complet et de bon goût. C'est vraiment un lieu de vacances et de vie au bord de la mer. "L'Anse Mitan" où se trouve la ville présente une très belle vue donnant sur la baie de Fort de France. Par ailleurs, la localisation est excellente pour découvrir l'île. Voiture indispensable

Le prix est disproportionné par rapport ce minuscule appartement 3 personnes (heureusement qu'il y avait deux enfants et un seul adulte!). L'emplacement était très bien, mais le reste est très rudimentaire: lit et/ou canapé-lit très mous et inconfortables, vaisselle brisée ou de mauvaise qualité, climatisation seulement à certaines heures, internet qui marche un jour sur trois, au sous-sol d'une maison donc local obscur... Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Concernant VILLA BOUGAINVILLIERS descriptif du studio conforme j'avais vraiment la vue sur mer depuis mes fenêtres à part le ventilateur très léger, rien à redire sur mon séjour. une machine à laver à disposition moyennant 2€ pour son utilisation (très correct) des lignes pour sécher le linge en extérieur; lieu sécurisé la mer à 20 m ( vraiment les pieds dans l'eau , ainsi que la navette fluviale pour fort de france) concernant le personnel : Ghislaine est une personne très agréable, souriante, professionnelle, à l'écoute et disponible. Le propriétaire homme très discret mais d'une gentillesse. je suggère d’ailleurs que l'on lui offre une augmentation ou prime car elle fait un travail formidable : mon petit punch m'attendait à mon arrivée. RIEN A DIREà part que je reviendrais, comme je lui ai dis à mon départ, c'est ma résidence de vacances dorénavant Félicitations pour cet agréable bien !!!!
