This charming studio with all comfort is located at Trois-Ilets more specifically at Anse Mitan in a quiet and secure residence on the 2nd floor with dedicated parking space.
It is close to the beach about 500m and the shuttle boat as well as shops, casino, restaurant, water activities and golf.

A magnificent terrace equipped with a kitchen and very functional will allow you to take your meals while admiring the bay of Fort de France.
The living room includes a large bed, a sofa bed, a dressing room in which you will find iron and ironing board
- A television with Orange channels as well as an unlimited Wifi and telephone connection.
The bathroom has a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a washing machine.
Linens, sheets and towels are provided.

Apparemment très agréable

Appartement tout confort avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Fort de France. Dans un environnement calme cet appartement, très bien sécurisé est aussi bien situé pour visiter l'île etBien équipé en linge de lit et de toilette, il dispose également de beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles (les casseroles et poêles sont par contre abimées et méritent un renouvellement).Steve est à l'écoute et répond très rapidement à toutes vos questions.Nous avons passé 3 semaines super sympa !

Vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Fort De France.

Studio très bien équipé, calme malgré la proximité avec le centre. Plage accessible à pied. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Merci à Stéve pour ses attentions.

Comme à la maison

Beau studio disposant de tout le confort nécessaire (lave linge, fer a repasser, vaisselle, wifi etc) Résidence calme et Ultra sécurisé avec digicode et place de parking. Belle vue sur la baie de fort de France. Voiture recommandée pour avoir accès au bourg ou a la plage car la résidence est dans les hauteurs. Accueil par le gérant avec des sucreries typiques des Antilles et bouteille de rhum pour les amateurs. Mise à disposition de toutes les épices nécessaires pour cusiner et de quoi preparer le ptit dej ou un repas pour ceux qui nauront pas eu le temps de faire les courses . Bon accueil du gérant mais nous aurions aimé avoir un contact téléphonique de sa part quelques jours avant la remise des clés pour nous organiser. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail 😉 Notre séjour était parfait. Merci
