Built in the XIX century and fully renovated in 2018, the property spans three floors and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
On the ground floor, a 25 m² double room with an en-suite bathroom offers comfort and convenience, featuring a fridge, electric kettle, seating area, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The room opens to a lovely yard equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing in the fresh air.
The first floor is home to a charming studio apartment designed for 2 guests. It boasts a king-size double bed, a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom. For entertainment, the studio is equipped with a flat-screen TV offering satellite channels, as well as Wi-Fi.
The second-floor apartment is designed for 4 adults. The spacious living room is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, stove top, oven, fridge with freezer, and all necessary kitchenware.
