Villa Olivia is perfectly located on the island of Ciovo near Trogir. Walking distance to the old town Trogir and to the popular beach areas on Ciovo, yet the house is set back from all the noise and traffic. The nearest beach 350m, shop and restaurant by the sea directly below the house. The road down to the sea is steep.
Charming house with Trogir's most beautiful view! The house has a great outdoor area with several places to sit and green areas. You can choose sun or shade from morning to evening. Enjoy the swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbeds, barbecue/fireplace, billiards and boccie court.
The pool is heated, from Easter to 15th november.
