This is a lovely little hotel that makes up for its no frills exterior in warm service and hospitality. After a long day of traveling from Zagreb, I was greeted with a platter of meats, cheeses, bread, olives, and wine. Antonia, who checked me in, was a complete delight. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For anyone who wants the quieter, more charming, small port town experience of Trogir over Split, this is the place to stay. You feel a million miles away from the business of Split, and yet it's an easy 45 minute bus ride to Split and all the ferries to access the islands. The staff will print you out a copy of the bus schedule, and the bus station is a five minute walk. Overall, a terrific experience.
I have traveled a lot and have not found a friendlier or more helpful staff than here. Anna and (K) Christina were truly exceptional and helpful in every way possible and treated my wife and I great! This was our 3rd stay here.
We received a very warm welcome from the staff with a welcome drink and large snack of cheese, meat and olives. The room was very comfortable, and the location of the hotel was very close to the old town of Trogir. Great breakfast and also free parking. All this for a budget price.
