Comfortable apartment in Mastrinka

The apartment was comfortable and clean on arrival but a lot smaller than the photographs depict it to be. That said the size was perfectly adequate for us and the apartment was well equipped with all we needed for our holiday. It is located in a village (1 very small supermarket, 1 basic restaurant) in close proximity to small areas of beach (not sand, or even pebbles, but shale so beach shoes will be needed). It is a good 30 - 35 minute walk to Trogir and a precarious walk too - there are no pavements, lighting is poor and a new bridge connecting the island to the mainland has created a shale obstacle course to complete the walk as safely as possible away from the main road. Trogir itself is just lovely, it's a world heritage site and has a great ambience. If you want to avoid the walk boat taxi's run regularly from the jetty to Trogir for just a few pounds each way (cheaper and much more enjoyable than traditional taxis). From Trogir you can get the water taxi to Split and along the promenade various boat trips to other destinations are being sold. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in Trogir but be aware it's not that cheap to eat out in Croatia. We found the tourist hospitality wasn't on point in Croatia - we were away for a fortnight and a cleaner never set foot into our apartment the whole time we were there - I had to email for clean linen and towels at the end of our first week so not great! Very noisy (but free) air conditioning!

Wrong address, but nice

Angiven adress är helt fel. Rätt ska vara Antuna Gustava Matosa. Vi körde enligt adress o gps. En vänlig kroat ringde till numret o en kille på moped mötte upp oss. Lägenheten hade massor av små myror i kök mm. Lägenheten var annars fin med kylskåp o diskmaskin. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Parkering var inte rolig om man har en lång bil. Ingen reception som anges finns. Nära ner till båttaxin in till Trogir, 20kuna per st. Kan dock rekommendera tack vare priset o komforten på lögenheten.

Bell'appartamento con vista sul mare

L'appartamento è spazioso, semi nuovo, funzionale con un bel terrazzino con vista sul mare. Si trova vicino ad un supermercato poco conveniente e poco fornito, a circa 800 metri é presente un altro supermarket decisamente migliore. A pochi metri a piedi c'è una spiaggia, il mare è gradevole, ma la spiaggia non è pulitissima ne curata. La ragazza croata che ci ha consegnato l'appartamento è stata molto gentile, sa parlare bene l'inglese, una delle poche persone ospitali che abbiamo incontrato durante il soggiorno a Ciovo, la maggioranza delle persone è inospitale, scortese, incapace di esprimersi in lingua inglese nonostante siano nell'UE e vivano di turismo , pretendono che il turista parli croato, dalle commesse del supermercato vicino all'appartamento all'autista di Uber. Riguardo alla pulizia non sono mai venuti a pulire la casa in 8 giorni,abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani puliti che ci hanno portato.
