Great weekend trip - We will be back!

Great spot right on the water. Pulled the boat up to the dock in the backyard and kids played had a wonderful time. The neighbors were friendly as well and helpful. Easy communication with property manager. We will be back what a great time.!!

Living it up on Lake Livingston!

We've been doing a weekend friends trip for 17 years and this is by far the nicest house we've ever had! The house is gorgeous and very well furnished, with tons of space for a big group to hang. The open kitchen, huge living room, and long dining table are perfect for the whole group. The screened porch with two oscillating fans was so pleasant, and the two level boat/party deck is fantastic for hanging by the water! We didn't even use the cool party garage out back but wish we had! I would absolutely recommend this house and will probably rent it again for my family and again next year for our group. Fantastic place!

fantastic house

the place was as better than advertised. we were there to golf the whole weekend and ended up having a thunderstorm rush through on our first night. the house was spacious with a large screened porch and very comfortable furnishing throughout. we didn't utilize 20% of what the house had to offer yet we would go back in a heartbeat. there were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. no complaints whatsoever next time maybe golf less and try out the kayaks???
