At the entrance, a spacious open-plan living area connects the lounge with sofa and dining table to the fully equipped kitchen, brightened by large glass doors opening onto the outdoors. The sleeping area offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with its own bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors as part of daily life.
The Setting - The highlight is the private sea-view pool, framed by a spacious veranda with solarium, outdoor lounge, and dining table. Every moment here becomes special: a slow breakfast, a family lunch, or a glass of wine at sunset. At the back, you’ll find a laundry area and barbecue. Marta is the twin of Gaia: two independent villas with separate entrances and maximum privacy, also available together for larger groups.
