Charming Boutique Villa with amazing garden and private pool

Villa Il Giardino is located in the flourishing oasis of Costa Paradiso, a secure villa complex. On a private plot of 1000 square meters, the house is surrounded by a large veranda, a private and secluded pool and a large parking area. The house has a very inviting and open living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a fireplace, satellite TV and a Bose Bluetooth box. Three steps lead to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom and covered terrace. Il Giardino has a large, covered veranda overlooking the beautiful plants and fruit trees. The private and completely secluded pool is surrounded by a relaxation area with sun loungers and olive trees. Depending on the season, you can pick your own oranges, figs, pears, apricots and apples. The veranda is south-west facing, with magnificent sea views, where you can enjoy the sunset and a barbeque. The villa is tastefully furnished with high-quality materials. A romantic and quiet retreat to enjoy and feel good. A very good restaurant and a bar are within walking distance, the supermarket and other shopping facilities can be found in Costa Paradiso and can be reached by car in five minutes.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Excellent location overlooking all of Costa Paradiso. The property and garden are private and very quiet both day and night. Property very well furnished and was home-from-home for our needs. Delightful pool which has direct sun throughout the day. Car essential for getting to and from sites of interest. Birgit responded very promptly to our settling in questions. No hesitation in recommending this villa.

Beautiful Villa

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks! The villa is gorgeous and the views are incredible. It’s a brilliant location for exploring some incredible beaches and coves. We are a family of 4 with 2 young daughters aged 4 & 8. They loved the pool! Birgit (the host) is very responsive to messages and the villa is brilliantly equipped with anything you might need. You need a car to get around but there’s a lovely pizzeria a short walk away which we visited and got take away pizza from too. There is a restaurant next to the pizzeria that has wonderful reviews that we didn’t try as there wasn’t much on the menu for our 4 year old. The main area of Costa Paradiso has a small supermarket (which is more expensive than local markets about 30 mins drive away) a lovely restaurant, a pizzeria and a lovely bakery for gelato and pastries! Would highly recommend the villa and the area. Thank you Burgos and Philip for a truly memorable holiday in your beautiful villa!

Lovely villa in a fabulous part of Sardinia

It was great to spend time in this villa. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view from the lovely terrace down to the coast. The best directions to get there ever. And a really useful guide to the villa and the area. Very helpful contact from David and Noemi. All in all a wonderful holiday. And when much of Sardinia was in the mid 40s the west coast was hot. But not unbearably so. And the lovely pool and plenty of shade made our stay so good

What a magical property. Such beautiful surroundings, garden, pool etc. We miss it already! Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. I would have preferred a softer bed but maybe that’s just me. Gorgeous view that we enjoyed every night watching the stars. Hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and prompt in answering questions. Everything we had hoped for

The villa is superb, beautifully presented, with many little touches to make it welcoming. Fantastic views from the main terrace. The pool area is well screened, and as the sun moves round one end or the other is sunny and the other shaded - perfect! There are two restaurants within walking distance, and the main commercial area has a surprisingly good food shop. Our favourite restaurants and a lovely bar are down by the sea at Maya Village, within the resort area. Altogether one of the best!

A very pleasant 2 week stay

Il Giardino is a very well equipped villa and ideal for four people. When not eating out at local restaurants we like to cook our own meals. The kitchen has lots of the utensils and gadgets needed to prepare more complex dishes and accompaniments for BBQs. We liked the privacy of the pool and views from the terrace. Costa Paradiso is well positioned for exploring the coast to the north east and south west. Plenty of coves and sandy beaches. La Maddelena archipelago is fun to visit in a hired RIB and makes a great day out. As can be seen in the photos the area has very charismatic geology and wildlife which prompted us to call it 'Bedrock'!

This was our first time in Costa Paradiso and we were not disappointed. Everything you could wish for in a holiday villa. Beautiful location, elegant setting, proximity to all the amenities....and then there's the view. The area is gorgeous with beautiful beaches and breath taking landscapes. The views from the villa were spectacular and the house itself was clean and well equipped with 2 good sized bedrooms... perfect for the four of us! The garden is beautiful with a private pool and lovely terraces.The owners were helpful and supportive from the initial contact right through to the end of our stay. We could not recommend this villa enough and would love to return again.

Es ist wircklich eine Romantische Oase, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick, einfach wunderbar und schön ruhig und idyllisch alles, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet man hat alles was man braucht! Das Bett mit der Terassen Seite ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hart! Das Garagentor was eigentlich automatisch ist, scheint nicht zu funktionieren, so dass man es manuell auf und zu machen muss, was Kraft anforderte. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön groß, man benötigt aufjedenfall ein Auto für diesen Unterkunft, da Costa Paradiso ziemlich hügelig ist und 3 Kilometer hoch wandern ist ziemlich anstrengend….. alles in einem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, für den Preis etwas überteuert, da die zwei Sachen mit dem Bett und das Garagentor, zusätzlich sind die Klimaanlagen auch in die Jahre gekommen es ist sehr laut! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der kleinen Villa! „Costa Paradiso“ ist eine recht große Urbanisation aber die Villa liegt am äußersten oberen Rand der Anlage und ist daher ruhig und es weht immer eine frische Brise.Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, hübsch möbliert und sehr gepflegt. Birgit ist eine wunderbare, nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus darf sich übrigens mit Recht „Il Giardino“ nennen, der Garten mit dem sichtgeschützten schönen Pool ist wirklich eine Augenweide! :))

Belle maison à Costa Paradiso

Maison avec toutes les commodités et très belle vue partielle sur la mer. La piscine est idéalement positionnée car sans vis à vis. L'équipement de la maison est parfait. La communication avec la propriétaire est très cordiale et réactive. Prévoir gel douche car non fourni. Seul bémol : des voisins très bruyants et irrespectueux mais cela la propriétaire n'y peut rien !

Lovely Holiday Home in a Quiet Neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our week stay in the villa. It was well equipped, with a lovely view down to the sea across a green valley. There are not a lot of beaches in the area but the natural beauty of the place makes up for that. The pool was warm and maintained very well. We had some lovely welcoming gifts of fruit and wine. There are numerous casual restaurants in the area, though prices can be on the higher side but that is to be expected as I imagine they would not do much business in the colder months. There was reasonably good wireless based wifi and the cell phone coverage was good at least for us. So all in all a place to be recommended for a summer holiday.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen ! Das Ferienhaus und vor allem die Terrasse und der Pool ein Traum ! Es hat auch im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Getränke , Prosecco , Obst und Gebäck zur Begrüßung - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder .
