This charming holiday apartment in Croatia is located on the ground floor of a small estate and offers space for up to four people on 55 m². With two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one en suite), an open living and dining area with kitchen, WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning, it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed family holiday or couple's holiday by the sea.
A highlight is the direct access from the terrace to the well-maintained garden with seating, parasol and Hollywood swing. Here you can wonderfully have breakfast, read or simply enjoy the sun. From 1 June to 30 September, a private community pool (freshwater, max. 1.40 m deep, unheated) is also available – ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. Additionally, an outdoor shower and a traditional barbecue hut ("Komin") await you, which can be used by arrangement.
The situation could hardly be better: In just approx. 500 m you will reach a fine-gravelled beach, concreted bathing plateaus are located about 800 m away.
