The Space:
Our newly opened and renovated holiday flat offers plenty of space and wonderful views from two balconies.

3 spacious bedrooms all offer comfortable king-size beds, wardrobes and seating. One bedroom has its own balcony right next to the forest and a 2x2m bed.

The living room and kitchen are spread over a large and bright room with a woody Black Forest flair. There is a wood-burning stove, a TV (55 inch) and plenty of space on the comfortable sofas. The large, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and allows you to enjoy cooking evenings together. You can eat together at the dining table or in the garden.

The garden lets you experience the nature of the Black Forest, as the property borders directly on the forest. You can enjoy long nights by the fireplace or use the gas and charcoal barbecue for barbecues. In sunny weather, you'll have many hours of sunshine and the balcony offers the best sunsets in the area. That's a promise!

Guest Access:
The entire accommodation on the top floor of the villa is yours! You also have access to the entire huge garden including a fire pit, table tennis table, basketball hoop, swing and barbecue.
You can park directly on the property or on the other side of the road.

Getting Around:
All public transportation throughout the Black Forest is free for you! Triberg train station is 3 km away, and the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km from the house. The property also offers free private parking.

By Train:
Take the Black Forest Railway (Schwarzwaldbahn) to Triberg. From there, you can take a bus to Triberg’s marketplace or order a taxi directly to the house.

Other Things to Note:
The rest of the house is still being furnished. That's why we are occasionally on the grounds or on the lower floors (during the day). But you won't see much of us.

The house is located high up on a hill. Getting there on foot can be tiring and unfortunately the nearest bus stop is a long way away. We therefore recommend a car.

Interaction with Guests:
We may be on the site and in the lower floors from time to time during the day, as we are setting up further holiday flats there. There is NO more building work, so it won't be noisy. I am still currently getting a uniquely low price.

But of course you have plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. If necessary, we will be there quickly and can provide support.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
