The first room smelled like an ashtray. Supposedly this is a no smoking hotel. It was HORRIBLE. The desk clerk was terrific. Moved me to a “upgrade” room. Much cleaner and only had a small cigarette smell. This is an old rundown property. Not recommended.
I only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and larger than I expected. I was able to walk to a few of the restaurants nearby during my stay
Our room interior had been refinished compared to other reviews I’ve read, so I was reasonably happy. Overall the building, lot and pool are are dated and a little dilapidated. The new flooring, furnishings and bedding were a nice upgrade but the bathroom was just dusty in the corners and walls dirty. Staff was very kind, could not be nicer. I just wish they could put more effort into the property.
READ ME!! This hotel was awful. Got to the room, immediately noticed stains on the curtains. Then I checked the bed. Stains on the quilt, stains on the sheets, pulled the sheets back and spiders crawled out. Walk in the bathroom, the tub was awful. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Mold growing in the corner of bathroom ceiling. Went down to the lobby, they offered to just change the sheets. Needless to say. Save your money, go somewhere else. That placed needs to be shut down.

The place was fithy dirty. Bed sheets hadn't been replaced since the last person was there. Rooms stunk. Towels were dirty. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets. Light bulbs missing in the bathroom. No breakfast as was advertised .
Good value for cost. Excellent staff, owner/operator was very engaged in meeting our needs. Some areas of maintenance needs attention. (Bathroom fan was very noisy!)
The hotel is close to good restaurants.... Not bad for a night or two.
This motel is old and in need of repair. I stayed here while fishing a bass tournament. The accomadations were fine for that however I would not take my family to stay here.
When checking in I got lectured about "non-smoking" rooms being difficult to fill. Then he complained about using other booking sources instead of calling direct. The room itself was adequate but I didn't feel it was really maintained well, such as we didn't have any wash cloths in our room.
room was clean, staff was friendly to far off hwy for our liking, only problem was we had a non-smoking room and it was a connecting room and the people in the next room was smoking and the smell came through the door. horrible smoke smell. not bad price wise.
The people were nice and the room was clean. The location was good for the event I was attending.
15 minute walk into downtown Bristol! Perfect location!

I would like to forget I stayed there. Door lock wasn't working properly. Room could be clearner. Motel needs to be renovated big time.
Wireless network did not work well at all, and of course no ready support. All else O.K.

Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. By 8:00 am the breakfast was gone. Spider webs in the corners. Air conditioner was load. Carpet wasn' clean. Left over cheese found in the refrigerator.
Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast was a joke. We had hot water in the shower but the cold water wouldn't turn on. Others traveling in our group were kept awake all night with folks having a party in the front parking lot. Won't go back to this location.
