New owners of this apartment, we decided to continue the rental activity that the previous owners had.
This apartment is a bright, inverted duplex, it is located in a small private and quiet residence. It offers a direct view of Trestel beach, a magnificent sandy beach not far from the Pink Granite Coast and the Reserve
Birdwatching, the 7 Islands and
the island of Bréhat.
You can enjoy the wide beach ideal for rest, family games, fishing or nautical activities. The GR34 close by will also offer you magnificent hikes.
The region is also famous for these rivers, the Trieux, the Jaudy, the Léguer which offer you beautiful fishing routes.

Apartment 2 to 4 people, 35 m2 in reverse duplex.
Ground floor: 1 living room (15m2) including a contemporary kitchen open to the living room which faces a large picture window and a balcony overlooking the beach. The living room is equipped with a sofa convertible into an additional sleeping area, a TV receiving TNT and a DVD player.
On the lower floor: a hallway with 2 single beds (bed 80), a master bedroom (bed 160) with a large closet (10m2) and a bathroom (shower and WC).
A private parking space is located right in front of the apartment.
The residence also benefits from a park at your disposal which overlooks the residence.
You can rest there (deckchairs) or make your barbecues facing the sea.
The apartment is comfortably equipped for a reception at any time of the year.
You will therefore be able to enjoy the great outdoors and the beauty of the Breton landscape in any season.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreicht. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber sehr schön aufgeteilt und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Wasser. In 2 Minuten ist am am schönen Strand. Das Dorf ist ruhig und beschaulich und mit einem kleinen Einkaufsladen und einer Bio-Boulangerie ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr, sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und konnten sich sogar auf Deutsch mit uns unterhalten. Absolute Empfehlung!

L’appartement est coquet et très bien équipé. Rien à redire. Séjour en bord de mer

Séjour d’une semaine avec deux enfants de 8 et 10 ans. Location en bord de mer ( 2min à pieds) , très bien entretenue, très bien équipée, literie tout à fait confortable, Sandrine avait eu la gentillesse de nous laisser à disposition un ballon et des jouets de plage ainsi que des petites douceurs régionales. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr ! Encore merci à eux.
