The apartment features a spacious living area, well divided into a lounge with a comfortable leather double sofa bed, a large dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for preparing tasty meals independently (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The large French door opens onto the patio and private garden, ideal for outdoor living and enjoying the mild summer climate. The warm and authentic atmosphere is enhanced by rustic finishes and tasteful furnishings, with elegant wooden and terracotta details. Upstairs, the two bedrooms—one double and one with bunk beds—are spacious, tastefully furnished, and both have access to a large terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. Completing the property are two classic-style bathrooms: one guest toilet and one main bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
